Dynamic Compliance Management [DCM]

A Dynamic Compliance Management [DCM] framework sits on top of the Architecture-Based Analysis [ABA] foundation and treats any enterprise mandate (cyber, privacy, industry, financial, etc.) as a series of control requirements.  Once defined in this way, they can be implemented like any other requirement using the ABA methodology. 

 

Further, as mandates change (which they continually do) or market forces result in a re-balancing of operational effectiveness versus compliance rigor, applicable controls can be refined quickly.  The updated requirements associated with the control always reflect the latest risk management and operational delivery decisions.
